Lisburn BMX club is a voluntary non profit constituted organization. The Club was originally set up in the 80’s but fell into decline when the sport became less popular. It was reformed in 2012 and is now home to the only national standard track in Northern Ireland, after securing funding from the alpha program in 2015 to rebuild.
Three years after the new track opened in 2016, the club is now thriving with 170 members ranging in age from four-years-old to 50 plus.
The track remains the only National standard track in Northern Ireland and regularly hosts Club and National races.
